- Hyperadrenergic adrenergic/neuropathic forms
- Some classify into low, normal and high-flow POTS
- Sub categories include hypovolemia, elevated PRA/Aldosterone ratios, AChR ab positive, NET deficiency
In both POTS and Orthostatic Hypotension, there is often acrocyanosis. This means that hands, lower legs and feet often have a purplish appearance from peripheral cyanosis.
